Urgent Food Recall: Three Christmas Products Pulled Over Allergy Risk
Urgent recall: Three Christmas foods pulled from sale

The Food Standards Agency (FSA) has issued an urgent food recall warning, urging customers not to eat three specific Christmas products due to a serious health risk.

Recalled Products and Safety Risk

Devon-based company Flapjackery is recalling all products containing its Mince Pie Crumble Flapjack. The items contain almonds within the crumb topping, but this is not declared on the product label. This poses a serious health risk for anyone with a tree nut allergy.

The specific products being recalled are:

  • Flapjackery Mince Pie Crumble Flapjack (170g)
  • Flapjackery Christmas Towers box (6x85g)
  • Flapjackery Rudolph box (6x170g)

All products have a best-before date of March 2026.

What Customers Should Do

Anyone with a nut allergy who has purchased any of these items since November 1, 2025, up to and including November 19, 2025, is being urged not to eat them. The products were not on sale prior to November 1.

Customers should instead return the items to the store where they were purchased to receive a full refund. For further details, contact Flapjackery directly via email at hello@flapjackery.co.uk or by calling customer services on 01822 258008.
