Former Love Island star Amy Hart has shared joyous news with her followers, announcing she's expecting her second child after experiencing two heartbreaking miscarriages.

Emotional Pregnancy Announcement

The reality TV personality, who found fame on the 2019 series of Love Island, revealed her pregnancy in a heartfelt Instagram post. Amy and her husband Sam Rason are expecting their new addition in 2026, making this particularly special Christmas with their son Stanley even more magical.

In her emotional announcement, Amy described the pregnancy as "the biggest surprise ever" but admitted the journey has been filled with anxiety following two devastating losses in the past year. The couple decided to wait before sharing their news publicly until Amy's bump became impossible to hide.

Family's Joyful Reaction

Their two-year-old son Stanley has already embraced his upcoming role as big brother, proudly telling anyone who will listen that "Mummy has a baby in her tummy!" According to Amy, the toddler has even decided he has a baby in his own tummy too.

Sam Rason, Amy's husband since their 2024 wedding, shared his own heartfelt response to the pregnancy news. He expressed his excitement about their growing family while acknowledging the anxious journey they've experienced over the past ten months.

The proud father wrote: "I can't wait for our family to grow again. It definitely has been an anxious journey for us both over the last 10 months and I still feel it each day that passes. I love being a father and watching you grow as a mother. And to see Stanley become a big brother will be a special experience."

Overcoming Pregnancy Challenges

Earlier this year, Amy had spoken openly about her hopes for expanding their family, revealing that conceiving hadn't been as straightforward as with their first child Stanley, who was born in 2023.

She told OK! Magazine: "I'd love more children. We're trying at the moment. It's obviously not been as simple as it was with Stanley, but I'm manifesting and doing all the right things."

The television personality acknowledged the difficulty of discussing fertility struggles online but expressed hope that sharing her story could eventually help others going through similar experiences.

While Amy initially found fame coupled with Curtis Pritchard on Love Island's fifth series, she ultimately found her happily ever after with Sam Rason away from the spotlight. The couple welcomed their first son Stanley in 2023 and tied the knot last year.
