Proposed Change of Use
A proposal has been made for a change of use to a children's home for one child with carer accommodation (Use Class C2) at 550 Market Street, Shawforth, Rochdale.
Discharge of Conditions
An application seeks the discharge of condition 3 (materials) pursuant to planning approval 2024/0063 for land to the rear of 19 Helmshore Road, Haslingden, Rossendale.
Approval of Reserved Details
Approval is requested for details reserved by Conditions 10 (geotechnical assessment) and 11 (highway drainage protection) pursuant to planning approval 2021/0275, for works covered by Phases 1 to 2 at Haslingden Road, Compound, Haweswater Aqueduct Valve House, Haslingden Road, Rawtenstall.
Agricultural Buildings
Plans have been submitted for agricultural cattle buildings measuring 30m by 28m, with a height of 4.8m to the eaves. The structure will consist of a steel portal frame with concrete shutter walls and timber boards above, topped with corrugated sheets for the roof. The site is at Higher Mount Pleasant, Gincroft Lane, Edenfield, Bury.
