Birmingham City Confirm Pre-Season Double-Header Against Crewe and Northampton
Blues Confirm Pre-Season Double-Header Against League Two Sides

Birmingham City's pre-season schedule is taking shape with the confirmation of two friendlies on Saturday, July 25, against Crewe Alexandra and Northampton Town. The matches will kick off at 3pm at the Mornflake Stadium and Sixfields Stadium respectively.

Pre-Season Camp in Portugal

Chris Davies' squad will report back to the Elite Performance and Innovation Centre in Henley-in-Arden at the end of June. After initial testing and a full week of training, the team will fly to Portugal on Sunday, July 5 for a six-day training camp in the Algarve region. An open training session for supporters is planned in Lagos.

Double-Header Strategy

Upon returning to England, the first-team squad will be split into two groups to face Crewe and Northampton on the same day. This approach was used last season, with split squads playing Burton Albion and Crewe. Crewe narrowly missed the League Two play-offs last term, while Northampton were relegated from League One.
