Aldi is launching a significant financial support initiative for parents in 2026, with a total of £5,200 in vouchers set to be distributed to selected shoppers. The supermarket giant is reintroducing its successful Mamia New Parent Fund, which aims to alleviate some of the unexpected costs associated with welcoming a new baby.
How the Mamia New Parent Fund Works
Throughout 2026, Aldi will award one £100 voucher each week to a lucky parent. To enter, participants must simply take a photograph of their receipt after purchasing any product from Aldi's own-brand baby range, Mamia, at their local store. This initiative builds on the popularity of the 2025 scheme, which saw thousands of applications from parents across the UK.
Supporting Parents with Everyday Essentials
The vouchers can be used to buy a wide variety of baby essentials available at Aldi, including nappies, baby food, toiletries, and other necessary items. According to Aldi, research indicates that 17 per cent of new parents report that frequent nappy purchases rank among the most substantial and unforeseen expenses after having a child. This programme is designed to help families manage these daily costs more effectively.

The overwhelming response to last year's Fund demonstrated just how much parents appreciate this assistance, with thousands applying. That is precisely why we are relaunching the Mamia New Parent Fund for 2026, to continue offering families a helping hand with those everyday essentials."
Substantial Savings for Families
Aldi emphasises that choosing its Mamia brand nappies could lead to savings of up to £380 in the first year alone, compared to other leading branded alternatives. This makes the voucher scheme an additional layer of support on top of the everyday low prices that Aldi is known for.
How to Apply for the Vouchers
New parents interested in entering the draw for a £100 voucher should send an email to mamiaparentfund@aldi.co.uk. The application must include the following details:
- Full name
- Country of residence
- Email address
- A photograph of the receipt showing the latest Mamia purchase
Each week throughout 2026, one family will be randomly selected to receive the voucher, which can be redeemed at any Aldi store nationwide. The final deadline for entries is January 23, 2027, at 11.59pm.
