Cannon Hill Park Arson: Police Hunt for Two Men

Appeal Launched After Community Centre Fire

Police are urgently seeking the public's help to identify two men following a suspected arson attack at a popular Birmingham park. The incident occurred at a community centre within Cannon Hill Park in Edgbaston shortly before 5pm on Monday, 23 September.

Authorities have confirmed that fortunately, no one was injured as a result of the fire. However, the attack has caused significant concern within the local community.

Extensive Enquiries Draw a Blank

West Midlands Police have conducted a thorough investigation since the September incident. This has included trawling through extensive CCTV footage from the area in an effort to locate those responsible.

Despite these efforts, officers have been unable to identify the individuals involved. As a result, they have taken the step of publicly releasing images of two males they are keen to speak to in connection with the case.
