A murder probe has been initiated by Warwickshire Police following the tragic death of a man at a residential property in the Midlands. The incident, which occurred on Chestnut Avenue in Kenilworth, has led to the arrest of three individuals, including a teenage boy, on suspicion of murder.

Emergency services were dispatched to the house on the evening of Friday, March 20, 2026, after reports of a medical emergency. Upon arrival, they discovered a man in cardiac arrest, who was pronounced dead at the scene. In response, police have taken into custody a 24-year-old man, a 49-year-old woman, and a 16-year-old boy, all described as white British. These suspects remain in police custody as of March 22, while detectives continue their investigation.
Detective Superintendent Charlie Naughton of Warwickshire Police provided an update on the case, stating, "This murder investigation is in its earlier stages, and our detectives are working diligently to piece together the events that transpired at the house on Friday evening. We have arrested three individuals who will be questioned to help us gain a comprehensive understanding of what occurred."
