Police have launched a major manhunt after a teenage girl was the victim of a perverted upskirting incident at a B&M store in Plymouth.

Officers from Devon and Cornwall Police have released a photograph of a man they are urgently trying to identify and speak with in connection with the distressing event.

The criminal act occurred at around 3pm on Thursday, November 20. The victim, a teenage girl, was shopping inside the B&M store located on Cornwall Street in Plymouth when she was targeted.
