Issuing the appeal, a West Midlands Police spokesperson said: 'Can you tell us who this is? We want to speak to him after a car was stolen from Grove Lane, Handsworth, at around 6.15am on Friday, April 3. Investigators appreciate that the image isn't very clear but hope that someone will recognise the man in the image or his clothing.'

How to Help

Anyone with information is urged to call 101 or use the Live Chat on the West Midlands Police website, quoting crime reference 20/201030/26. The police hope that despite the image quality, someone will be able to identify the individual or his distinctive clothing.
