Reward Offered After Woman Raped in Birmingham Flat

A charity has offered a £5,000 reward for information leading to the conviction of a man who raped and assaulted a woman in a Birmingham flat. The incident occurred in the early hours of Sunday, 12 March, at a flat in the city centre.

Details of the Attack

West Midlands Police said the woman, aged in her 20s, was raped and sexually assaulted by a man she had met earlier that evening. The attack took place after they went to a flat in the city centre. The man is described as being in his 30s, with short dark hair, and was wearing a dark jacket and jeans at the time.

Detectives have been investigating the incident and have released CCTV images of a man they want to speak to in connection with the attack. The charity Crimestoppers has now offered the reward for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the perpetrator.
