Clarkson's Farm star Kaleb Cooper married his long-term partner Taya Wilkinson in the Cotswolds on Saturday, with an unexpected well-known face from Birmingham taking on the role of usher. The 27-year-old farmer tied the knot surrounded by family and friends, including his boss Jeremy Clarkson and Clarkson's girlfriend Lisa Hogan.
Gymshark Co-Founder Serves as Usher
Among the groom's party was Ben Francis, the 34-year-old co-founder of the global sportswear brand Gymshark, who served as one of Kaleb's ushers. Francis, who is the 10th richest person in the West Midlands with an estimated personal wealth of £800 million according to the Sunday Times Rich List, grew the brand from his parents' garage in Birmingham before establishing its multinational headquarters in Solihull. His wife, Robin, also attended the wedding.
Unlikely Friendship Between Farmer and Millionaire
The friendship between the farmer and the millionaire entrepreneur began after they met in London in May 2023. Despite their vastly different backgrounds—one in farming and the other in fashion—the two Midlands-based entrepreneurs quickly bonded. Cooper has frequently sought business advice from Francis, and the pair have visited each other's workplaces, with Cooper once surprising Francis with cake at the Gymshark headquarters.
Bride's Attire and Family Details
Taya wore a beautiful dress featuring an elaborate floral design, complemented by a tiara and veil, while holding a bouquet of vibrant, summery blooms. Kaleb proposed to Taya on Christmas Day 2022, calling her the 'love of his life'. The couple welcomed their third child, baby Ashton, last August, and are also parents to Oscar, five, and Willa, three. Taya responded to the engagement announcement: "I love you, can't wait to marry you!"
Jeremy Clarkson's Contribution
Jeremy Clarkson supplied an unlimited quantity of his Hawkstone beverages for the wedding celebrations, ensuring the festivities were well-stocked with the brand's drinks.
