Katie Price Defends Husband Lee Andrews Over Holiday Punch-Up Rumors
Katie Price Defends Husband Lee Andrews Over Rumors

Katie Price has publicly defended her new husband, Lee Andrews, following swirling rumors of a physical altercation during their honeymoon in Dubai. The former glamour model addressed the speculation directly in a social media rant, vehemently denying any incidents occurred.

Social Media Clarification

In a video posted to Instagram, Katie Price expressed frustration over the ongoing gossip surrounding her marriage to Lee Andrews. "Oh my God there is so much speculation going around about me and Lee, I don't know what the fascination is," she stated while speaking directly into her camera.

The 47-year-old specifically addressed claims that Andrews had punched Kerry Katona's partner, Paolo Margaglione, during their recent holiday together. "One thing I will clear up there has not been any punch ups, punches thrown between Lee and Paolo," she asserted. "If anything we had a really good day and we celebrated with them and that was it."

Defending Her "Teddy Bear" Husband

Price went on to praise her new husband's character, describing him as completely non-aggressive. "Lee has never, ever been aggressive, angry or spoken to me in any sort of way," she declared. "We are so in love and he is my absolute teddy bear."

The couple, who tied the knot just last month, have been enjoying an extended honeymoon in Dubai where they've been seen socializing with fellow celebrity Kerry Katona and her partner Paolo Margaglione.

Origins of the Rumors

The speculation began after an anonymous onlooker alleged to The Sun newspaper that a confrontation had occurred between Andrews and Margaglione. The source claimed: "Paolo then appeared and stepped in. Lee seemed to be very angry and was shouting at him. It all got very heated and Lee threw some punches and one of them landed Paolo square on the head."

While representatives for Price and Andrews had previously denied these allegations to the Daily Mail, this marks the first time Katie Price herself has directly addressed the rumors on her personal social media platform.

Future Wedding Plans

Despite the controversy, Price revealed that the couple plans to host a larger wedding celebration upon their return to England. "We can't wait for when we get back to England to do a big wedding with all our family, friends and obviously Kerry and Paolo will be our special guests," she announced.

The news comes amid other personal developments for the couple, who recently hinted at a possible pregnancy with what would be Price's sixth child through a social media post referencing Andrews' ex-partner, Alana Percival.

Price concluded her social media statement by expressing confusion about the source of the rumors, stating she "didn't know where these stories had come from" while continuing to defend her husband's character and their relationship.
