Springland: Magical Family Adventure in Warrington

Families across the North West are invited to embark on a truly enchanting adventure this spring, as the magical world of Springland arrives at the picturesque Partridge Lakes near Warrington. This brand-new, immersive experience promises fabulous fun and unforgettable memories for visitors of all ages, running on selected dates from Saturday, March 28 through to Sunday, April 12, perfectly encompassing the Easter weekend.

A Seasonal Spectacle from Award-Winning Creators

Springland is brought to life by the same acclaimed creative team responsible for the annual spooky spectacular, Halloweenville, which captivated thousands of family visitors from across the country at this stunning countryside location last October. Building on that success, Springland offers a completely different, vibrant atmosphere filled with colour and springtime surprises.

An Enchanting Interactive Quest Awaits

Visitors are invited to join an interactive quest with Princess Araya to help save the magical kingdom of Springland. This spring adventure is unlike anything previously imagined in the region. Guests follow a detailed map on a mesmerising journey, meeting a whole host of whimsical creatures and taking part in a series of captivating challenges designed to spark joy and imagination.

Highlights of the adventure include:

  • Training to become a knight at Princess Araya’s majestic castle.
  • Feeding friendly alpacas at the charming Twinklehorn Farm.
  • Making a springtime wish with a gentle rabbit at a wishing well deep within an enchanted forest.
  • Singing alongside melodious mermaids at the beautiful Bloomtide Bay.

Practical Details for a Perfect Day Out

Each adventurer is encouraged to follow the 1km trail through Springland at their own leisurely pace. Upon completion of the quest, participants can present their completed map to collect a special prize. Entry is via a timed ticket system for either a morning or afternoon session, but once on site, families can stay for as long as they wish during their allotted period.

Significant savings are available for those who plan ahead. Early bird tickets, offering an amazing 25% discount on standard entry prices, are on sale until the start of February. These are priced at £15 for children and £13 for adults.

Inclusive Fun and Lakeside Relaxation

Understanding the diverse needs of its audience, Springland will host special sensory sessions throughout its run. These sessions are designed to offer children and adults with additional needs a calmer, more accessible, and supportive experience, ensuring the magic is available to everyone.

The attraction is proudly accessible, being suitable for wheelchairs and prams, and is also dog-friendly, so families need not leave their beloved four-legged friends at home. Beyond the main quest, visitors can unwind and enjoy the serene lakeside views.

A variety of delicious refreshments will be available, including offerings from:

  • The Patridge Lakes café, overlooking the water.
  • The Coffee Hut, selling ice cream and desserts.
  • Special vendors serving coffee, ice cream, and special stone-baked pizzas.

Creators Herald an Exciting New Chapter

Springland owners Barbara Ikin and Callum Morgan expressed their excitement about the new venture. “After the incredible response to Halloweenville, we’re thrilled to introduce Springland – a brand-new seasonal experience bursting with colour, entertainment and springtime surprises,” they said.

“It’s a completely different atmosphere, but with the same passion for immersive fun that our visitors know and love. Springland marks an exciting new chapter for us here at Patridge Lakes, and we can’t wait to welcome everyone.”
