Birmingham robbery: Police appeal after woman followed off bus

Police in Birmingham are urgently appealing for information after a woman was followed off a bus and robbed of her jewellery in a daylight attack.

The Disturbing Afternoon Attack

The incident occurred in College Road, Kingstanding, at approximately 2.30pm on Wednesday, December 3. The victim had just stepped off a bus when she was targeted. According to West Midlands Police, the woman was followed from the bus before being robbed.

Police Release CCTV Images in Public Appeal

As part of their investigation, detectives have now released CCTV images captured from inside a bus. The footage shows two individuals whom officers are keen to identify and speak to in connection with the robbery.

A spokesperson for West Midlands Police stated: "We want to speak to this pair after a woman was robbed of jewellery in Birmingham. It happened in College Road, Kingstanding, after she was followed off a bus at around 2.30pm on Wednesday, December 3."
