A murder investigation is ongoing in Burntwood after a man lost his life following a reported altercation in the Staffordshire town. Authorities have detained three individuals in connection with the incident.

Emergency services were called to an address on Hazel Grove on Tuesday morning, May 5, following reports of a fight between two men. Upon arrival, officers found a man with severe injuries. He was pronounced dead at the scene shortly after 10am.

Arrests Made

Staffordshire Police have arrested two men, aged 32 and 27, and a woman, aged 33, on suspicion of murder. All three remain in custody as inquiries continue.
