West Midlands Police have released CCTV images of a man they wish to identify following a robbery at a store on Birmingham New Road in Dudley, where alcohol was taken and a shop worker was threatened.

The robbery occurred between 3.30pm and 4pm on June 14. The suspect reportedly stole alcohol from the shelves and threatened a worker during the incident. Police have not disclosed the specific nature of the threat or whether any injuries were sustained.

Police appeal

In a statement, West Midlands Police said: "We want to speak to this man following a robbery at a store in Dudley. An investigation is under way following a robbery at a store on Birmingham New Road, on June 14, between 3.30pm and 4pm where alcohol was taken from the shelves and a shop worker threatened."

Officers are urging anyone who recognises the man in the CCTV image or has information to come forward. The appeal specifically requests that anyone with knowledge of the incident contact police.
