Man Unconscious in Pub Car Park Airlifted to Hospital

Police have launched an investigation after a man was discovered unconscious in a pub car park in the Midlands following a reported fight. Emergency services were called to the Manvers Arms on Main Road in Radcliffe-on-Trent, Nottinghamshire, at around 6:35pm on Friday, May 1, 2026, after receiving reports of a group of people fighting.

Victim Airlifted to Hospital

A man in his 30s was found unconscious in the car park at the rear of the pub. He was airlifted to a hospital with injuries that were initially considered serious but not life-threatening. Nottinghamshire Police later confirmed that the victim has since been discharged from hospital and is being supported by officers.

Police Appeal for Information

Detective Constable Victoria Katilu of Nottinghamshire Police said: "The victim has suffered serious injuries and we know what has happened will have a deep impact on him. Officers are working hard to understand exactly what happened in the moments before, during and after the incident and have a number of leads to follow."

The pub was likely busy on a Friday evening ahead of a bank holiday weekend, so police believe there are people with information who have not yet come forward. They are urging anyone with relevant CCTV, mobile phone, doorbell, or dashcam footage to contact them.
