Police Appeal for Car Passenger in Coseley After Concern Call

West Midlands Police have launched an appeal following reports of a concerned member of the public who witnessed a car passenger in Coseley and contacted the authorities.

Incident Details

The vehicle was observed being driven along Siddons Road and Rainbow Street in the Coseley area of Dudley on Thursday, April 24. The report was made at approximately 3:30pm.

West Midlands Police (WMP) stated that officers are working to determine the exact circumstances surrounding the report and to ensure the well-being of the occupants.

Police Statement

A spokesperson for WMP said: “Can you help? Officers investigating a reported incident in Dudley are keen to speak to the driver and passenger of a car as part of their enquiries.

“We received a report from a member of the public yesterday (24 April) of a concern for the welfare of the passenger in the car, which was being driven along Siddons Road and Rainbow Street in Coseley.

“Officers are working to establish the exact circumstances around the report, and to make sure the people inside the car are okay.

“Our officers are carrying out CCTV and other enquiries, and we’d like to speak to anyone who can assist or who was in the area at around 3.30pm yesterday.

“If you know more about what happened, or if you remember seeing anything suspicious nearby, call 101 quoting log 3652 of 24 April.”

Appeal for Information

WMP has released blurred images of a silver-coloured vehicle in connection with the appeal. Anyone with information is urged to come forward to assist the investigation.
