A woman from Worcestershire has been prohibited from entering a host of well-known shops and an entire retail park after being convicted of a string of thefts.
Court Extends Ban on Prolific Offender
Natalie Cull, 31, of Madresfield Village near Malvern, appeared at Worcester Crown Court on Thursday, January 15, 2026. The court heard how Cull, who had previous convictions for shoplifting from November 2023, had continued to offend despite a suspended prison sentence.
West Mercia Police successfully applied to have an existing Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO) against Cull amended and extended. The order, which was due to expire in April, has now been lengthened by one year and three months and will remain in force until April 14, 2027.
The Full List of Banned Premises
The amended CBO explicitly bans Natalie Cull from entering the following stores in Malvern:
- Co-op on Worcester Road, Malvern Link
- Sainsbury's on Buttercup Walk
- Tesco Express on Madresfield Road
- B&Q on Spring Lane
- One Stop Shop on Pickersleigh Road
- Waitrose on Edith Walk
- Co-op in Barnards Green
- Aldi on Festival Way, Grovewood Road
- New Look on Roman Way
Furthermore, she is now completely banned from the entire Roman Way Retail Park in the town.
Additional Conditions and Police Statement
The court also imposed strict additional conditions on Cull's behaviour. She is prohibited from entering any retail premises when in the company of a specific named individual. She is also forbidden from being with four other identified individuals in any public place.
Alongside the CBO, Cull was ordered to comply with a drug rehabilitation requirement and a separate rehabilitation requirement before July 15, 2027.
Sergeant Jason Maiden of the Malvern Safer Neighbourhood Team stated: “We welcome this amendment and extension to Cull’s CBO which will help us to protect retailers and the public from the impact of her prolific shoplifting.”
He urged the community to assist, adding: “Anyone who sees Cull in breach of this CBO is urged to report it to a member of our team, call 101 or report it online.”
