Teen Arrested After Stabbing at Staffordshire House Party

A 17-year-old boy has been arrested and bailed following a stabbing at a house party in Church Eaton, a village on the Staffordshire-Shropshire border.

Police were called to the incident at a property on Church Eaton Road at approximately 11:25 PM on Saturday, May 30, after reports that a man had been stabbed.

The victim was rushed to hospital but was discharged the following day. Officers believe a large group of young people had gathered for the party when the attack occurred.

Arrest and Bail

Staffordshire Police confirmed that a 17-year-old from south Staffordshire was arrested on suspicion of Section 18 wounding. He has been questioned and released on bail with conditions while the investigation continues.

A police spokesperson said: "A teenage boy has been arrested after a man was stabbed following a house party in Church Eaton. We responded alongside West Midlands Ambulance Service to a report of a stabbing at a house on Church Eaton Road. The victim was taken to hospital and discharged the next day."
