Wanted man Ryan Knights on run, public told 'do not approach'

Police in Warwickshire have launched an urgent public appeal as they hunt for a man wanted in connection with a series of what they describe as 'dangerous' offences.

Urgent Public Warning Issued

Officers are searching for Ryan Knights from Nuneaton and have issued a stark warning to the public. The force has explicitly stated that Knights should not be approached under any circumstances. Anyone who spots him is urged to call 999 immediately.

Knights is wanted for questioning concerning a string of criminal incidents, including robberies, thefts, and burglaries across the local area. The police have emphasised the seriousness of the alleged offences in their appeal for information.

Arrests Threatened for Those Assisting Fugitive

In a direct move to flush out the wanted man, detectives confirmed they would be visiting his friends, family, and known associates on Friday, December 27. Detective Inspector Carl Buckley delivered a clear message to anyone considering helping Knights evade capture.

"Anyone we suspect of assisting him will be arrested," stated Det Insp Buckley, highlighting the legal risks of harbouring a fugitive. The police operation is focused on locating Knights as swiftly as possible.

Substantial Reward for Anonymous Information

To aid the investigation, authorities have pointed to the independent charity Crimestoppers, which is offering a financial incentive for information. A reward of up to £1,000 is available for details that lead to an arrest and charge.

Det Insp Buckley reiterated the anonymity of the service: "When providing information to Crimestoppers you can remain 100% anonymous and we will never know your details. We just need information that can help us locate Knights."

Information must be provided directly to Crimestoppers via their website or by calling the dedicated hotline on 0800 555 111. The police continue to urge the public to remain vigilant and report any sightings directly to them on 999.
