Police have launched a public appeal to locate a woman suspected of committing a serious public order offence in the Black Country.
Wanted on Suspicion of Lewd Act
Patricia Hale, aged 35, is wanted by West Midlands Police on suspicion of outraging public decency. The offence is alleged to have involved a "lewd, obscene or disgusting act" carried out in public view.
Officers stated the incident occurred near Wyndmill Crescent in West Bromwich. The precise date given for the alleged offence is Saturday, September 6.
Public Asked to Assist Search
In an effort to trace Hale, police have released a photograph of the suspect and are urging the community to come forward with any information. She is described as a white woman with blonde, wavy hair.
