Mind Body Spirit Festival Birmingham Celebrates 10th Anniversary
Mind Body Spirit Festival Birmingham Turns 10

The celebrated Mind Body Spirit Festival is making a triumphant return to Birmingham this autumn, marking a significant milestone with its 10th anniversary edition. The event will transform the city's National Exhibition Centre (NEC) into a hub of wellness from Friday, 14 November to Sunday, 16 November 2025.

A Stellar Line-Up for a Special Celebration

This year's festival boasts an impressive roster of speakers and personalities set to inspire and empower attendees. Headlining the main stage are TV favourites Paul McKenna and Michele Knight-Waite, alongside This Morning's astrologer Hagan Fox. They will be joined by a host of other influential figures, including transformational author Rebecca Campbell, spiritual coach Karen Ruimy, and Out of Body Experience expert Jade Shaw.

The dynamic heart of the festival is its Main Stage, which will be hosted by BBC West Midlands presenter Mollie Green. A remarkable 111 free sessions will be held here, featuring spiritual talks, musical performances, and interactive demonstrations. The best part? Access to the Main Stage is completely free for all ticket holders.
