Diagrama Foundation Celebrates Exceptional Care Team in Bromley
Diagrama Foundation Celebrates Care Team in Bromley

The Diagrama Foundation has proudly announced special recognition for six exceptional team members who have demonstrated outstanding dedication and compassion in supporting adults with learning disabilities across the London Borough of Bromley.

Celebrating Excellence in Care and Support

Diagrama's Supported Living Service currently assists thirty-three adults with learning disabilities across seven distinct schemes within Bromley, alongside an additional scheme in Mid Sussex. This vital service enables individuals to develop essential skills, build confidence, and foster the independence required to live in their own homes, either independently or with others, as active and valued members of their local communities.

In addition to its supported living operations, the Diagrama Foundation further supports adults through three residential homes located in Orpington, collectively known as Cabrini. This reflects the organisation's broader commitment to helping vulnerable adults and children lead their best possible lives.

Across these comprehensive services, the following individuals have been formally recognised for consistently exceeding expectations in their roles, delivering person-centred support that creates a tangible and lasting positive impact.

His proactive nature, meticulous attention to detail, and dedication to enhancing care quality make him a standout member of the team.
